Driven by our passion for health and good food, we pay great attention to the quality of the ingredients we use in our cooking. Eating food grown on healthy soil is not only beneficial for people, but also for the planet. Food that is healthy, clean, nutrient-rich, and well-prepared is truly the best for us—and the fact that it’s also better for the environment is even better news!

Organic products, as well as those grown by us, are also intended to serve as an educational example, sparking conversations about health and sustainability. Eating organic, consuming more vegetables, grains, and legumes, and choosing local products not only has positive effects on human health but also benefits the planet.

We use a wide range of organic and local products, including cheeses, yogurt, butter, Surgiva water, honey, apples, wines, and Marano corn flour for excellent polenta. We prepare our dishes with great passion, care, and patience.

Our menu features many specialties of Trentino cuisine, all strictly homemade, such as strangolapreti, dumplings, polenta, potato gratin, apple strudel, and more. The menu is always varied to meet everyone’s tastes and needs.

In 2015, we reached the pinnacle of Trentino’s excellence in eco-sustainability by successfully reducing our environmental impact, including air and water pollution, energy and water consumption, and waste production. We are the only one among the 69 hotels in Trentino to have received the title of “Virtuous Ecorestaurant.” This certificate, along with others we hold, recognizes our commitment to sustainability, environmental protection, and strong ties with the local territory.
